Wyvern Shipping has six 6 to 8-berth narrowboats — Cedar, Maple and Oak sleep six, and Kingfisher, Mallard and Splendid sleep eight — available for hire on the Grand Union Canal from Leighton Buzzard, Bedfordshire, just 38 miles from central London. All have low-level berths across three or four separate sleeping areas, making them well suited to larger families and groups. Pricing is all-inclusive and full hands-on tuition is provided at the start of every holiday.
